Within the project 'Strenghtening the Internationalisation of Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina' (STINT project) University of Mostar together with Džemal Bijedić University hosted a meeting, related to realisation of project activity 2.5. The Workshop took place in Mostar in the premises of both universities from 13th to 16th June 2017.

The STINT Project Mostar 14.06.2017 University Dzemal Bijedic of Mostarmeeting began with the presentation of project activities that were realised during the first and the second year of the project, as well as the STINT Project Mostar 14.06.2017 University of Mostarresearch results related to internationalisation of students and academic recognition of foreign higher education qualifications. After that the EU partners presented SWOT and comparative analysis of the current state of internationalisation and academic recognition of qualifications in public universities in BiH while the representatives of public universities presented their strategies and indicators of internationalisation.

During the second part of the meeting Project package 4 and template of pilot activities were introduced together with their plan of realisation.

On the second day of the meeting there was a talk about the significance of internatonal rating of the universities. The representatives of Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance presented new criteria for accreditation of higher education institutions in BiH, stressing out the criteria for internationalisation.

At the very end of the meeting, the results of internal dissemination of project activities were presented

The next meeting is planned for October 2017 in High Wycombe, where the practical workshop will be held.
